Preferred travel agent
for the AFF

The AFF invites all interested Women's Epee fencers to register for the 2018 Coach Designated Tour to Dubai, UAE in May 2018. This tour will incorporate the FIE World Cup (individual & team events), as well as pre-event training.

This tour is compulsory for all AFT fencers in the Open Women's Epee category. The tour is also open to any other HPP or non-HPP fencers who wish to participate.

Interested fencers are encouraged to discuss with the National Epee Coach (Vlad Sher) and their personal coach whether this tour might be a good opportunity for them. Further information about the tour can be obtained from the AFF High Performance Manager (Paul Crook).

To register for the tour, click here.  To see who is already registered, click hereRegistrations close on 28 February 2018.

Please also note the "Fees and Charges" information (click here) and Tour Costs information (click here).  As part of the registration process, you will be asked about travel insurance.  If you leave this blank, the standard AFF tour insurance charge will apply.

In order to nominate for events that form part of the tour, you will need an FIE licence.  This is not required immediately, but you will not be able to complete your nomination unless all of the international representation pre-requisites have been competed (click here).

Fencers should note the operation of the Selection Policy for FIE World Cups (sections A4.27 to A4.31 for individual events and sections A4.39 to A4.41 for team events).

Important Note: nomination for the competitions that are part of this tour is an additional process, and must be done using the overseas competition entry facility (click here).  As with the FIE licence above, event entry does not to need to be done at the time of tour nomination.
