Athletes Commission Communications
The AFF Athletes Commission would like to invite all university and post-university athletes to respond to a survey asking athlete’s to share their experience of fencing during university. Information from the survey will inform a discussion paper to be published later in the year to share the experiences of Australian fencing athletes and how they balance training, competition, study, work and other commitments during their time at university.
The Link to the survey can be found here: http://goo.gl/forms/7dn3iIJbeZ
This survey follows from the first discussion paper ‘Fencing through Senior High School’ which is available for download from the Athlete’s Commission section of the AFF website.
The Athletes Commission encourages all interested athletes to contribute to this project which is hoped will provide guidance and inspiration to current and future university fencers, and their supporters.
The survey will remain open until Sunday 15 March.
A short time ago the Athlete's Commission conducted a survey asking fencers across the country to share their experiences of fencing throughout high school. The results and analysis have been compiled here and are designed to offer some useful information and encouragement to fencers and their supporters currently in or about to start senior high school.
