Thursday – 15th May
Equipment Control will be open for 2 hours in the evening. 

Friday – 16th May
Equipment Control will open one hour before each individuals event.

Saturday – 17th May

Registrations open:  February 26, 2025
Early bird closes at 6:00pm (Syd Time) on  April 19, 2025

Registrations after this time attract a higher registration fee. 

All registrations close 4:00pm (Syd Time) on  May 3, 2025

No registrations will be accepted after this time.

Entry Management

to confirm your entry has been correctly received, please check the Fencers List below one hour after you have registered.  If there are any issues with the recorded entry please email entries@fencing.org.au

If you are no longer able to attend the tournament, please email entries@fencing.org.au

Important

You must be at the venue and have reported for check in to the DT 15 minutes before the advertised time of your event.  You will be removed from the event if you have not reported to the DT by that time.

It is highly recommended to complete your equipment control the day before your event, as depending on how busy equipment control is, it can take 30 minutes or more to get through.

Fees and charges:

Note, some states may add a state levy to cover team management and other state-related costs. These levies are in addition to AFF tournament charges and are collected at the time of registration. Please check your state association website for more information.

Teams Registrations

This teams registrations link  should only be used by an Authorised person.  Only one registration per team is required. Multiple teams can be entered at the same time.  

Please ensure you provide the contact details of the Authorised person when registering the team.  The team members do not need to be provided until the day of the related Individual event.

Important: Whilst this link can be used multiple times to enter teams, please understand only the first 2 teams per Club / School / Association / Country (Based on the Tournament) will be accepted by the AFF.
